About Shinagawa Station
Situated between downtown Tokyo and Haneda Airport, Shinagawa is one of the lesser-known Tokyo wards that certainly deserves a closer look for international travelers. Primarily known for the wonderful Shinagawa Aquarium and Edo-Tokyo Museum, travelers will have an easy time finding ways to spend an afternoon in Shinagawa without the crowds and bustle of central Tokyo. Shinagawa really shines for its relaxing atmosphere and beautiful boardwalk along Tokyo Bay, making it a great place for families to stay. You’ll still have plenty of access to Tokyo's other wards and attractions, as the ward enjoys ample access via Shinagawa Station.
In order to more conveniently get around Shinagawa and the Tokyo metro area, you'll want to store your bags while you sightsee. That's where Bounce can help - you can store luggage at our main Shinagawa Station luggage storage location at 東京都港区港南2-6-9 DK品川ビル and others scattered throughout Tokyo.
How to pay for Shinagawa Station luggage storage
- Booking online: You book with the Bounce mobile app or website ahead of time, so you’ll know everything you need to reach the Shinagawa Station luggage storage location. So there's no hunting for coin lockers behind ticket gates or trying to decipher maps.
- Paying online: Once you choose your Shinagawa Station luggage storage spot and how many items you have, the app will take you to the secure payment screen. Pay online and you'll have the necessary QR code confirmation.
- Booking ahead has its benefits: When you know you're going to need Shinagawa Station luggage storage services, make your booking. You can do this months in advance or the moment you arrive at the station and find that you need somewhere to store bags. Once you have that confirmation code, you know that your storage space is reserved just for you.
How luggage storage is different from train station luggage lockers
- Storage sizes are flexible: Bounce allows you to store large luggage because our facilities aren’t limited to locker dimensions. This is particularly useful for travelers with specialty items, larger bags, or heavy baggage that won’t even fit in large-size Shinagawa Station lockers.
- Modern features for the modern traveler: Bounce implements an inventive QR code system to make check-in a breeze. You won't be worried about having the appropriate amount of Yen.
- Enhanced security and protection: The same QR code system is also employed to ensure only the customer can access their bags!
- Opening hours: Many of our luggage storage locations are open from 9 AM to 8 PM. Some spots stay open later (some up to 24 hours). Unlike lockers, you'll always have a person to greet you with Bounce.
