Very friendly guy operating this luggage storage. He stores your luggage in an office as well so it feels more secure than the storage lockers you see in the train station. Highly recommend!

It's in the pictures building at the end of the corridor on the ground floor. Really friendly guy, fast service very good, would use again.

Very good but please put a sign on the door to help find the correct place.

so easy to use. i made an online reservation at 2 am the night before and was able to drop off my luggage the next morning. the store is pretty legit and stores a bunch of people’s luggage so you don’t have to worry about it being misplaced. also it’s cheaper to book online, as it was 1000 yen in person for walkins

Convenient location and helpful staff, but note not open until 10am.

Location is convenient and good and staff are very nice but there is a small flight of stairs to take before the lift

Prompt response when I contacted them to explain that I would be late dropping off my luggage due to traffic. Also received a reminder 30 minutes prior to my pick up time which was great. They were also very accommodating when we had more luggage than expected.
