Super easy check-in. I was about an hour late to my pick up and all I did was notified them through the Bounce App via message and gave them a heads up. They accommodated me in the later pickup time. Check out was super easy as well. Will definitely use them again!

It is located close to the station, but it is difficult to find from the building entrance. Take the elevator to the 7th floor karaoke counter and ask.

The drop off place is located on 7F in a building with Big Echo signage on the outside so it’s pretty obvious. Located next to Akibahara station, it is a clean and nice place with staff that will assist with drop-off and retrieval.
