If you’re heading to Ikebukuro directly from Haneda International Airport, you can get here in less than an hour via the Haneda Airport Express that runs from the arrivals terminal to Shinjuku Station. You’ll then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and take that to Ikebukuro Station. It takes just over an hour to get to Ikebukuro from Narita Airport via the Skyliner Express Train and the Yamanote Line.
