Allstate Arena Bag Policy 2025 - Key Details
The Allstate Arena in Rosemont is described as a multi-purpose entertainment venue built to host a wide array of live events. Opened in 1980, it's a bit older compared to some of the newer massive complexes across the country but don't let its age sway you from checking it out. Allstate Arena only seats 18,000, but that allows fans to feel closer to the action, giving a more intimate vibe to the events held at the venue.
Located at 6920 Mannheim Rd, in Rosemont, the arena is on the northwest side of Chicago, which is the state's most populous city. Chicago attracts plenty of tourists throughout the year, so a short trip to the Allstate Arena while in the city is convenient and not out of the way.
Allstate Arena is currently the home ice for the AHL's Chicago Wolves, and the home court for Northwestern and DePaul's men's basketball teams. Besides these teams, the stadium also hosts concerts, comedy shows, large WWE shows, and more. It's certainly not the biggest stadium or arena in the Chicago area, but the lineup of performances, talent, and sports doesn't disappoint. It can also be easier to get tickets to events held in this stadium versus bigger venues in Chicago.
Some of the bigger artists to perform at the Allstate Arena over the years include Meghan Trainor, Kacey Musgraves, Sam Hunt, Pentatonix, KISS, the Jonas Brothers, and Michael Bublé to name a few.
For those flying into Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Allstate Arena is just a short drive away. And while we're talking about other locations, a trip to the Chicago area can also include sightseeing, dining, shopping, exploring, and more. You may want to include attractions such as Navy Pier, The Art Institute of Chicago, Lincoln Park Zoo, Riverwalk, Shedd Aquarium, and the Museum of Science and Industry.
