It was our first time using this service and being the only 24 hour location, it was very convenient. Ease of use and really kind people.

The staff Rafael is so kind and friendly. He accommodate us and even offered to call us a taxi going to Niagara falls. I highly recommend this store.

Great place to keep your luggage while visiting the falls, which can be reached by the stairs below, then reach the heliport with an Uber or go to the funfair nearby, a 10-15 minute walk away. The lady who keeps the luggage is also extremely kind and very available.

It looked closed from the outside. Both dropping off and collecting required significant door ringing and knocking to get a response. When I came to collect and the person finally answered the door (after a local locked the door as we were not getting responses) they just let me collect my bags with no confirmation of who I was. Just before I left a different person arrived who checked I had 2 bags to collect but no other information. Didn’t feel the safest place for leaving luggage. I suspect it’s because of the presumed renovations

Suitcase was being held or waiting in the main area, in clear view, although the staff was present I would prefer it be in a room off the main area and out of view.

This was my first time using it, but it was surprisingly easy and helpful.

Overall I’m very happy with the service. The lady answered the door swiftly and checkin and checkout were smooth even when I came later than my scheduled time for 4 hours. The rule of number of bags is strict even though there was only me as a customer for the day but it’s understood. There are many restaurants and amenities around if you need to wait around.

The owners went above and beyond in helping us. Getting us water advising where to go and arranging taxis for us. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
