Very handy service. Nice people, very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them if you just need a place to leave your bags for a few hours. Dropped off my stuff went on a 5 hour tour, came back, picked it up and caught my bus on to NYC. Easy peasy.

I had option if this location and another across the a few blocks away. I chose this one because it wasn't up a hill. And I only needed it for a few hours and the guy handling my luggage was really nice.

The guy at the kiosk was very friendly and helpful. At first we went to the Google provided location but checked the reviews for some guidance and after it was easy to find it👌 We could also access our stuff throughout the day when we needed to get some things we forgot to take out of it. Would recommend!

It is the only place to leave bags in the NY part, the bags were intact and the location is great

They told us to pick up our bags 1 hour before the business closed, and we didn't understand why

Great service, right by the Niagara Falls state park parking lot. Convenient and easy, the attendants were friendly and helpful.

Great! Easy. Write the address in Google map and not the name of the place, if not, you will get lost. If lost, it's a 10 minute walk to the correct place:sight see rentals KIOSK, just in front of the niagara falls state park entrance.

Everything worked as expected. Got there and dropped tha bag off and picked it up later that day within the time frame.
