Easy and fast . Was great storing there

Great location, staff were very helpful in assisting with the booking. There was also open communication with the pick up time. The only thing I can say is that while at checkin it, I was informed that we could get our bags late, I received an inaccurate email from bounce that my booking expired at 1700. We were able to pick up our bags just before 2200 with no issues.

Efficient and friendly.

The staff was very helpful since I had to change some clothes. No issues- everything was great. It's not a locker but there's a room where they put everyone's luggage separated into their own space. The door to the location is locked - they have to buzz you in. Go to where the address is then look for the little Bounce sticker on the window. It's not easy to see bounce locations.
