The fair draws around 1,000 exhibitors from various countries! They will present five themed areas: travel, caravanning and camping, bicycles, water sports, and outdoor and fitness. Visitors can find booths for international destinations, local Bavarian attractions, and specialized vendors offering the latest travel gear and leisure equipment.

In the second sector, you can find campervans and caravans and purchase them to prepare for an exciting trip. The bicycle sector will offer you an opportunity to test the various models of bikes and find the one that suits you the most! You'll learn a lot about the challenges on the water and discover water equipment in the water sports area. Last but not least, the outdoor and fitness sector will provide you with equipment for outdoor activities, such as hiking, and much more!

The fair is family-oriented, with activities designed for children, such as climbing walls, mini-bike courses, and hands-on water sports experiences. This is a great outing for families seeking travel inspiration or outdoor activity ideas.

Expect cold winter weather, with daily temperatures ranging from about 3°C to 10°C (37°F to 50°F) during the day and dropping down to around -3°C (27°F) at night. Rain and snow are possible, so dress in layers, bring an umbrella, and enjoy!

A one-day ticket: Wednesday or Thursday €14.00, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday €17.00. For children (6-14): €7.00 or €8.00.

Reduced ticket prices for pupils, students, retirees, and people with disabilities: €11.00 or €13.00.

Afternoon tickets from 3 pm: €7.00 or €9.00.

Security Protocols

• Security personnel will be present to ensure the crowd’s smooth movement and keep everyone safe.
• First-aid stations will be placed throughout the venue to assist anyone in need.
• Bag checks will be mandatory at the entrance to ensure that no prohibited items, such as large bags or dangerous objects, are brought in.

How to Get To or From the Event

Here are some ways to reach the Messe München exhibition center:

• U-Bahn (Subway): Take U2 towards Messestadt Ost and get off at the Messestadt West station. The exhibition center is a short walk from there.
• S-Bahn (City Train): You can also take the S2 or S8 to Messestadt Ost. From there, it’s a short walk to the Messe München.
• Tram: Trams like Line 21 and Line 19 connect various parts of the city to the exhibition center.
• Car: The address is Messe München, Messegelände, 81823 München, Germany. Arrive early to find a good parking spot. The parking fee in the parking garage is €16.00.
