• Tram: Line U11 goes directly to Messe Essen. You can catch the U11 from the Hauptbahnhof and it will take you to the "Messe" stop right by the exhibition center.
• Bus: Line 142 also connects the Hauptbahnhof to the Messe Essen.
• Car: If you go by car, use GPS to get to the Messe Essen. The venue has parking lots, but arrive early because of the crowd.
