The lady who helped us was very friendly and knew exactly what we needed and explained the process very clearly. She provided us with a map of valletta which was kind. The place was very nice, clean, and secure for our bags. Would definitely use again!

Easy to check in and access bags. Staff were pleasant and knew exactly where to put bags. Would highly recommend this place as it’s very secure in a password protected room

At one point, we got info that our luggage was checked out, although we did not take it ourselves...we of course panicked, but when we called the hotel, staff told us that the shift had to do this upon their leaving. All was good in the end, just please try not to give us a heart attack next time :)

Although the website said ‘closed at 11pm’, due to busy hours the owner let us know that we could also come get it at midnight/1am. Very kind and understanding owner. Drop-off is easy when taking a bolt.

I liked this service. Very convenient.

Really quick and efficient service. Great that the manager took pictures of the cases and showed them to us for identification. When we returned to collect the cases they were behind the bar. We had assumed they would be locked in a room. I'm guessing the bar was busy and assume it was mostly manned (?) but I would have felt more comfortable to see them put away in a room. Aside from that everything was great and it's a brilliant concept. Thank you.
