Easy drop-off e good location

Great location, right on the way from the train station to the Pisa Tower and easily accessible after the first pedestrian crossing near the end of the building complex. The staff was very friendly, drop-off and pick-up were quick and easy, and we were even allowed to use the restroom.

Very nice people! They helped us to get our luggage out of the shop when we picked it up :)

The location is excellent and the process for dropping off/picking up luggage is very simple. I would only put a little focus on the attention of the person who serves, as the treatment feels a little rude. Apart from that, everything was practical and simple.

Improve the search engine orientation. It made us take a very long road and it is a few blocks from the station

Our bags were stored at the top of some stairs (completely visible from the area inside the restaurant) and not in a proper room.

My bag was stored behind the bar. It was just handed to the staff and left behind the bar, I did not expect that. It was not kept in a lock box. I would not use them again.

A little further from the station entry than I expected but still close enough to do the trick for a quick layover to visit the sights. The staff were fantastic.

it didn't look like the bag had been stored in a safe place. when i picked it up, he had it behind the bar counter. it looked suspicious.
