Positano luggage storage

Very friendly and close to the port without having to deal with steps.

Convenient location to drop off luggage, however not easy to find (thanks to previous reviews that described it well): Walk along the beach, then go to number 23 (the number is on a gray/black gate). Go through the gate, climb a few steps then go straight to the wall. Go around the hotel on the right then enter through the back of the hotel. Take the stairs that go down then knock on the door or say hello to get the staff to come. We met very friendly staff there, the reservation went very well and the location is ideal for storing luggage for the day!

Not easy to find (would help if reviewers could attach photos). Black gate between Blu Bar and La Caravella. You basically enter through the left of La Caravella and go behind the hotel, and there is an open door. Now, there is no staff that is guarding the bags at all times, but instead it's the cleaning staff of the hotel. We had to yell "Hello" a couple of times until we found someone to help with the bags. Bags are definitely not properly watched, but nothing was missing for us .

Super easy drop-off & pickup, we had no problems with our luggages. Note that this location is at the very top of Positano.

The grocery store is super well located high up in the city, right next to the Positano stop if you take the bus from Amalfi or Sorrento. The owner is super nice and the service is fast and efficient. We left our luggage for 2 days to enjoy the coast without the bags. Very convenient Be careful, between 2pm and 4pm it is closed

Number 23 remained untraceable, and there was no sign or visible indication to find the place :-( Fortunately, previous comments indicated to go through the black gate then at the end take a small staircase then go along the back of the hotel then return on our right going down towards the basement where the lady was there to receive our bags; PHEW!!!!

The location was good as it was on the main beach. However, the check-in process was not easy. First of all, the phone number provided did not connect and the reception was difficult to find as it was hidden at the back of the building.

It is not indicated where it is and you go a little crazy to find it, you have to enter through a door with bars and go up some stairs, to the left behind the La Caravella hotel. Once there there is a very friendly woman who collects the suitcases and is there all day. They leave the suitcases in a basement. Highly recommended if you want to spend a day in Positano and have to leave your luggage.

Friendly and professional staff. Convenient location if you've caught the bus from Sorrento, the bus stop is a short 3-minute walk. You can then walkk down and explore Positano bag free!

The lady at the store didn't care who the bags belonged to, she could have taken someone's bag and no one would have noticed. There was a lack of security, but I didn't miss anything in my backpack.

It is safe and close to the busstop. They were friendly and helpful (I had to cancel one booking due to wrong date). However, they put the luggage in a garage. We had our stuff there over the night (while walking the path of the gods), and all the clothes came out a bit wet/moisterois. We had to put up all the cloths inn the next hotel. However, safe and friendly staff.

Ideal to leave your suitcase while you see Positano. You enter through a small door with the number 23 between the Blue Bar and the Caravella hotel. Is on the beachfront.

Hotel wasn’t open yet so it was hard to get the bags in/out and had to pick them up earlier than planned. Didn’t feel super secure either.

Love this App, super easy and the support team was helpful. This location is VERY difficult to find. We went in and Noone was there so we thought we had wrong place. You will need to Go up stairs (right next to restaurant) and down an outside walkway into the back of the hotel/apartments and into a stairwell. There really is no office ....a lady works down in a storage closet downstairs. When we finally caught up with manager, We had a hard time communicating since we dont know Italian:( You leave liggage in open stairwell. They are not attended or locked up. I was ok with it only because I took all my valuables in a backpack. Anyone from the street can walk in (as we did the forst time) I think she works in the little closet down the steps but I'm not sure she would he aware is someone came in therr snd grabbed luggage and took off. Just be aware of that. Our luggage was fine and we felt it was secure enough for the 4-5 hours we were there in Positano. We will definitely use thenAPP again, very convenient so you can move around town quickly. 😀

We had a great experience, very easy. The Google Maps reference to a 'Bounce Luggage Storage' is incorrect. However, just follow the address link given through the Bounce App to Positano Transfer service and the location is correct. We were happy they let us access our bags throughout the day. Great experience!

A bit hard to find, the entrance was around the back of the building but we got there. Great location by the beach and they were flexible with drop off/pick up times :)

The luggage is left in a hallway in the basement. A security camera appears to be monitoring everything. To get it back, the lady told you to pick them up at the same place.
