Everything went very well!

We were asked (via a written notice) to take our 2x 23kg suitcases to the first floor up a long, narrow flight of stairs with no lift access, and no way of knowing whether someone was coming down before starting the ascent. I had to take both bags myself due to my wife's disability and this was incredibly difficult. Not disability friendly at all. Would not recommend unfortunately.

My son from nowhere m told them he was hungry and yes he was given free croissant by the staff. Very grateful.. very professional and fast . I would use their service again if I am in Cannes ❤️

Looks like it’s in a market / store but felt like my bags were safe and weren’t going to be stolen. Amazing staff and so happy I did it.

Basic - but it works, and well located near the station. If you've got heavy bags, you might want to avoid as it's up 2 flights of stairs - I had light luggage so wasn't an issue.

I didn't realise I needed to download app to show QR code. So I asked if I could connect to wifi. 3 stars is generous because you eventually let me have access to wifi. But she was so against it. The lift doesn't work. On pick up the staff was nice, and quick.

The lift was out of order. If you have heavy luggage, the last thing you want is to climb winding stairs. heaving the luggage up step by step. There is a lift but apparently it has not been working for some time.! This is not professional. The lady was VERY GOOD and VERY HELPFUL> It is not her fault that the lift was not working . But for a service for luggage, you should have easy comfortable access.

The gentleman who took care of our suitcases was very friendly. He was dynamic and responsive when I contacted him via the platform before my arrival. I highly recommend it because it is very practical. Thanks again !

Elevator out of order --Having no lift/elevator made the drop off/pick up very challenging with heavy suitcases. As a result one of the wheels on my suitcase broke.

All right, it's just that the lady is supposed to attach a ticket to the suitcases to identify them otherwise it's easy to get any of them. But otherwise very nice and welcoming

Lovely guy at the store and we trusted him with the bags. Location wasn’t ideal though as we needed to use a bus from the railway station to avoid dragging the cases through busy streets
