Very safe and secure storage in a lovely upmarket hotel. Would definitely use it again!

Efficient, easy and welcoming.

It was difficult for us to have the door opened for us both when we went to drop off our luggage and when we picked it up. We thought the hotel was closed, the doorbell said it was not available and they didn't answer the phone. Otherwise, all good.

Very friendly but there wasn’t really a check of my reservation nor a label placed on the bags. I felt very safe leaving them however, I could have picked up any bag and left.
