The luggage storage was secure, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The service is very special and attentive. Highly recommended.

As it is a cafe and they are actively serving customers, you have to queue up to get attention so not very fast if you are in a rush. Additionally only one staff member has the Bounce app and she had not arrived that morning so I couldn’t officially check the bags in online although they were still stored (in a locked room) for me and when I returned later for pick up, they checked the bags in and out at the same time. Excellent location next to bus and ferry though.

Very nice and friendly staff. She was ready to accept our bags and even gave us a great recommendation for lunch! Highly recommended!

The staff when we arrived to leave bags, and when we went to collect them later weren't very helpful and didn't seem to know about luggage storage and collection. However, the lady who did know and served us at the till, was smiley and friendly. Very handy location for the buses and ferries.

A little hard to find the location

The lady in the store was very friendly and helpful. First we hardly found the store, but when we ask where it is in a local shop it was easy. Absolutely recommend it!

The bags where not kept with a lock, they where in the store in which costumers could enter and easily take them. The lady was really nice to us !
