Worked a treat - bags were dropped and transaction was very quick. Staff were friendly.

I don't believe there was clear communication with the store workers and bounce. There should be more training in guidance and knowledge of what to communicate to new customers booking at the location.

Everything perfect but location difficult to find, you have to go inside a Hotel (Ta Tereza) which is at number 113 of the street (number not reported outside) and ask at the reception. For the rest everything smooth.

The address provided gives their number on the street, but couldn't see this outside the property. Either display property number on wall outside, or give their hotel name on the address given so customers don't have difficulty knowing which property to go into. We had to ask in an adjacent shop where to go.
