Staff doesn't know what Bounce is and had to call manager. Would be helpful with bounce sticker on the door and that staff knows of the service.

The associate at the UPS store was not aware that they partnered with Bounce and had no idea what I was talking about when I said I had a Bounce reservation to store two bags. Had to call the manager and the manager walked the associate through it over the phone. Same thing when I came back to pick up my bags, associate had no idea what I was talking about. Fortunately the associate from when I dropped the bags off was there and knew where my bags were. Both employees were friendly and helpful, just not aware of the Bounce program.

Man was unsure and seemed angry.
