The Winterfest Boat Parade first took place in 1971 as a very small event. Since then, it has become the 'Best Show on H2O.' This year's theme is "From Sawgrass to Seagrass: Waves of Holiday Cheer." Prepare for a spectacular show!

This is the 53rd edition of the Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade, an annual event staged on the New River along the docks west of Stranahan House to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.

The route is 12 miles long. The parade starts at Stranahan House, traveling east along the New River in downtown Fort Lauderdale to the Intracoastal Waterway. Then, it continues to Lake Santa Barbara in beautiful Pompano Beach.

Scheduled for December 14, the Boat Parade starts at 6:30 PM and ends at 8:30 PM.

Prepare for your trip to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to experience something new and exciting!
