Thanks to Stuttgart 21, I had to lug my suitcase up and down to Degerloch because the luggage lockers in the main station weren't working, then I found the link to Bounce on the internet and was happy that I could drop off my suitcase in the city center. My complaint to the train company was completely rejected...

The service itself is a good idea. But for €7, it's also quite steep. When I dropped off and picked up my luggage, the employee made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience for him to take it. I found that odd.

It would be good to show have a sticker showing that you are part of bounce, so that nobody can be mistaken and feel not secure. Also what is little bit "sad" but you can do nothing about it is the fact that ypu are staying only up until 19:00. Working more would be definitely terrible so I can understand. Today you have helped me a lot and you were friendly, helpful, only the sticker or whatever on doors showing that you are part would help.
