Dropoff was a bit confusing since there are two storefronts with the same name within a block of each other. Google Maps took me to the wrong storefront but the address and pictures in the Bounce app were correct.

Store opening hours claim to be starting at 10 AM, store was closed until 10:50 AM

Really close to central station. I had to check out of my accommodation and was worried about what to do with my luggage for the day. This was a really easy solution. And cheap!

Store was closed but it was supposed to be open. Hard to walk to with suitcases on cobblestones. Friendly customer service.

There is no "Bounce" sign anywhere to be seen. It is simply a different shop (in this case a souvenir shop) which works for Bounce. It seems to work fine.

All went perfect. On a Sunday it’s not possible finding a place that opened till midnight in Stockholm. This shop was the best option…till 8 pm. Nice woman, my suitcase was protected in the back office. I can totally recommend this place 🫶🏻

The hours were good Had I been more familiar with Gamla I would have known that no cabs are allowed Rather inconvenient to drop off 4 large bags from an Uber, later same day to an Uber, when neither Uber nor drivers know where it's possible to drop off or pick up

Keep the bags in a secure room and not behind just a curtain 1 meter from everyone walking in the store. Would be nice if the staff said hi and seem interested to help

Easy to find and convenient location near the main station, quick and hassle-free drop off, no issues with English, luggage was stored in a back room and I could easily explore the city in the meantime!

The girl had no idea how to process our luggage “order” and had to FaceTime her brother to check so the whole thing took longer. Luggage is also kinda scattered along the store and not in a safe “back room” or storage or anything which felt unsafe. Turned out fine in the end.
