The girl is super nice!

Please drop your bags with Soho Bikes. They are super-friendly, lovely people who gave us immediate confidence that our luggage would be well looked after. On return we were able to have a quick chill on the sofa and changed clothes in a very clean and fresh-smelling toilet. Totally recommend!

Everything was fine, but a seal or at least a receipt indicating that the suitcases had been left would be appreciated. In our case, there was no problem, but you have to be really trusting to leave your belongings and trust someone you don't know...

Store very close to the center, very convenient for visiting the center. We had a great time!

Our first experience of bounce, certainly not the last. We were evicted from our AirB&B with hours to kill until or late return flight. I found this app, registered and booked in our luggage. Drop off was a breeze.. so very friendly..and we collected easily. As we had time to kill, we had a coffee and juice until taxi arrived..couldn't have been easier. Far more pleasant to have a human touch Vs a locker solution.

So simple, booked 3 bags on line. Dropped 2 bag offs, returned and dropped the third 2hours later. Collected at due time. Spoke with three lovely members of staff - the service was still seamless! 😁

When we enquired about the service before we booked it online the store attendant told us to pick small bags. When we went to drop off the man in the shop gave out to us as he said our begs should be large they were two small suitcases 10kg

Everything went Perfect. Fast and easy process. Bags were secured and moved to the back. Very kind and helpful staff. I can recomend this place and service.

Can seem a little of at first because we thought we would have actual lockers to store our bags in but it ended up being totally fine.

The treatment of the store staff was great
