Great location in downtown Dubai right next to Dubai Mall where we could shop and also use the metro to get around while pasing time before having to catch our flight. So easy to drop off and pick up and the staff were professional and respectful.

Staff were kind and courteous but appeared to be confused with the app. Check in involved multiple requests to scan the QR code for my booking, which resulted in the luggage being marked dropped off at 12.17 PM and picked up at 12:18 PM. I was not given a snap shot of the luggage or any type of receipt tag. Upon pickup the staff asked again to scan my QR code but it had already been marked picked up so they couldn’t find our luggage. The manager was called over and he showed me a picture of luggage that was not ours. After several questions asking for description of the luggage we were able to get it sorted out. The people were nice but not organized at all. Poor representation of Bounce service.

Lovely gentleman at Concierge who was so helpful and efficient in helping me with check in and check out for my luggage. The hotel is lucky to have him working at the concierge.

Nothing I can think of! They were polite , took photos of the cases, as we did! We arrived back at the nominated time and were helped back with the cases to our cab! We had been in Dubai for 9hrs walking about till it was time to go to our apartment at 3 pm , and were exhausted after a 14 he flight from Australia! I think one of the gentleman sensed this! We are all in our late 60”s, and so appreciated this kind gesture!

Great service, friendly courteous staff. Location is good (close to Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa) however very difficult to find. The street address provided takes you to a different location. This service would mostly be utilised by tourists/ travellers, so maybe some better signage would help.
