Extremely seamless process to store luggages near Dresden main train station. Very convenient for travellers who want to do a day trip to Dresden.

Excellent service

While booking the time period in the app, it was a bit inconvenient as the AM/PM was not shown for the hours. Other than that, everything is easy. Thank you for your service. Definitely a 5 stars⭐

Not safe enough In my opinion, proper lockers must be installed, just a photo does not prevent issues since no verification is made.

For security purpose, better ask the customers to show ID to claim the luggage.

Fast, helpful and convenient service. There are no complaints or negative points about the accommodation at this Hotel.

Friendly people at reception and an advantage that it is open 24 hours a day, also very close to the Dresden Hbf.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are also ok. The bathroom could have been cleaner, clothes hooks and storage space in the shower would be beneficial. The complete disaster was handing over the luggage for temporary storage. Paying cashless is ok. But the fact that you have to download an app that isn't necessarily self-explanatory and doesn't really work well is completely exaggerated and costs a lot of time. 2 ladies from the hotel staff worked on this app with me...completely unnecessary
