The shop is fine but the bags are left alone in one part of the shop with little additional security. We also left our things with several friends and they were intact when we returned (a couple of hours) but I wouldn't leave them for several days.

Staff was great and really helpful however I would prefer if my luggage was somehow marked as mine - anyone could just walk in and bring it home.

The room is not locked, not the bags are identified.

Our luggage was stored safely, however the staff was not very friendly or welcoming and it did not seems secure. The room where we left the luggage was not locked at all and they didn't even check it was our bags we were taking when we left.

They've threatened me very kind, there’s a man who speaks Spanish as well, trustworthy place, the place doesn’t have a biggest announcement about the bag storage tho, that it makes not as easy as to found it but after all, I appreciate that, thanks a lot I’ll be back in future 🙏🏼

The staff was very kind to us and the location was very good. We were able to do everything planned calmly, while the suitcases were stored and safe.

There is not a large sign to locate it but the service is excellent

while it was a super convenient location and the staff was friendly, their luggage storage literally is behind a curtain in their store room. With only 1 staff member in the store it left me feeling a little concerned if my bags were safe there.

We were staying nearby but couldn't check-in right away. I looked for luggage storage and found Bounce. I didn't see a sign when we arrived but instead heard a friendly voice calling my name. Maybe it's better that way! We were able to walk around Antwerp and sightsee while our stuff was secure. Very satified! Thank you!

It was a smooth experience

I understand why you text the address after booking and paying, but could you please include the name of the actual shop too - we had trouble finding our location because the shop didn’t have a street number on it. We did like that it had a Bounce sticker on the window once we finally found the shop.
